Steps for registration at UPM in Malaysia

Visa Application

Once the acceptance letter from the university is received, the consultants will arrange to send it to you. Afterward, the student will be required to directly pay the visa fees to the university's account to initiate the visa procedures and complete the missing documents.

Please submit the following documents:
1- Receipt of visa fees payment.
2- Completion of the missing documents.

Your request will be processed within a period ranging from 20 to 60 days, during which you will obtain a VAL visa.

Accommodation

If you wish to book accommodation through us, please send us your travel ticket, and we will present the available rooms for you to choose the type of room you prefer. Once you make your selection, we will proceed to book the room for you in advance.

Airport pickup

All foreign students coming to Malaysia with a student visa must arrange their arrival time in advance. Upon arrival at the Malaysian airport, you will not be able to exit directly from the airport. Instead, you must arrange in advance for your reception.

A university representative will go to the airport on your arrival day, where they will handle the necessary administrative procedures for your exit from the airport. After that, they will arrange your transportation from the airport either to the university or to the place of accommodation.

Start your studies

Before commencing studies, students must pay the university fees for the first year and undergo a medical examination. After that, students can start their studies. It should be noted that some universities may require payment of the first-year fees before the student arrives in Malaysia.
